Preparation Reminder

  • Stay Hydrated: Hydration is crucial for vocal health. Drink plenty of water before and during your session. Avoid caffeine or dairy products, which can dry out or coat your throat.
  • Dress Comfortably: Comfortable clothing can help you relax and breathe easier, which is crucial for singing.
